Helpdesk
Our helpdesk services provides quick, cost effective troubleshooting. We answer your questions by telephone and can connect directly to your system. If neccessary we will visit your factory for technical support on site.We serve you with our extensive knowledge and experience to provide the most efficient solutions to your needs, getting you back in production quickly.

Training
Neither WoodEye or the knowledge of it remains constant. Personel may leave and new employees need training. The production requirements can change - perhaps new timber must be hauled or new products manufactured. Upgrades and new functions emerge. In all cases we can offer you suitible training.
An up-to-date sound knowledge about WoodEye is the basis for effecient utilisation. It is also useful to provide revision training for your employees. It is encouraging and increases their commitment. We can offer you training for both operators and administrators. We prefer to provide training in our own facilities. By doing so we will not interfere with your production.
Spare Parts
WoodEye is well-designed and carefully tested. Operational reliability is high. Should something unexpected happen, it is to your advantage to be well-protected. If your hard disk were to crash for example, production would come to a stand still. Valueable data would be lost. Delivery schedules ruined. And most critically, costs accrue as the minutes pass. In the worst case scenario, hours. With our security package, your avoid facing this scenario.
A stock of spare parts reduces the time for shutdowns - order in advance and be protected. If your have a basic inventory in place with simple spare parts and working materials, you can save time and money when anything needs replacing.
